Her father, a professional player of hockey in Alaska looking to create interest in his sport, came across her mother. He fell in love with her mother, and they eventually joined the aviation business Era Alaska. Ariel was raised together with Alya in Nome Census in Alaska. The acting career of Ariel began when she was just the teen age, when she appeared in the popular TV show Wipeout. Flying Wild Alaska on Discovery Channel quickly became an instant hit due to the fact that it highlighted all the challenges Twetos face in running their aviation business. Many Americans it is a daunting thought being able to survive in a landscape that resembles the Wild West of old is an uphill battle. Human struggle against brutal nature causes fans to celebrate along with the Twetos for their victories, and sympathize with them in the loss. Jim's wife Ferno is responsible for everything on the ground as Jim takes a seat in the bush pilot's chair. Ariel is a positive character in the middle of all this. Ariel's pilot parents Jim & Ferno advised her to pursue an interest in aviation from the beginning. The season that Flying Alaska is in 2011 and 2012 is a follow-up for Ariel through her journey for her dream of becoming a pilot. The final step is to earn her pilot's license in April 2012. Then she takes over the operation of the Flying Alaska family's business after the retirement of her dad. Alaskans are concerned about the state's high teens' suicide rate which is seven times that of the rest of the country. The solution for Ariel was co-founding a charity known as Popping Bubbles in which she is on the streets of schools and youth gatherings to talk to children about why they should have a reason to live and achieve their goals instead of falling into depression.
